At 19 Eleven Jewellers, every piece is made with care, precision, and purpose. Whether you’re designing something custom or buying a ready-made favourite, we aim to get it to you safely and fast — all while keeping you in the loop every step of the way.

Processing Time Custom pieces: Please allow 2–4 weeks for design, production, and finishing before dispatch. Ready-to-ship items: Usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order leaves the studio, you’ll get an email (or text) with your tracking number. Shipping Options & Delivery Times We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post Express and Sendle. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after dispatch) Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (after dispatch) International shipping is available — message us before ordering for a quote and delivery estimate. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method. From time to time, we offer free-shipping promotions — follow our socials or sign up for the newsletter so you don’t miss out. Order Tracking Once your parcel is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you haven’t received tracking details within the expected timeframe, contact us at 19elevenjewellers@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help sort it out. Lost or Damaged Parcels We’re not responsible for loss or damage during transit, but we’ll always do our best to assist. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item + packaging so we can help organise a replacement or carrier claim. Delivery Address Accuracy Double-check your delivery address before checkout — orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer can’t be refunded or replaced. International Orders & Duties
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties. 19 Eleven Jewellers can’t predict or cover these costs.
